Leo 12-13 An Old Sea Captain Rocking

I do not have this symbol in my chart however the feeling I get about this symbol is that of someone who, having spent a part of their life at sea, now (only?) uses the rocking chair (if that is how they are rocking?) to recall the physical motion of the sea.
