The Gemini gypsy changes to a new location, where a group of established and more powerful/wealthy ladies exist (Virgo), one of whom may choose to mentor or mould (Sagittarius) the strange newcomer so that the community will benefit (Pisces).

My personal experience of this cross is as follows:

I have moved from a regional area into a new city (Gemini) hoping to find work as a casual science teacher, so I have put my name out to coordinators at the local high schools (Virgo).  I do know that Department of Education is desperate for women science teachers, so I am clear about what I will and won't do (ie. that my start time depends on when my children's school gates open and my day ends at 3pm for pick-up time) because I know I will have to beat work off with a stick, therefore I set out my vision and priorities (Sagittarius) - my kids come first - which does not fit (Gemini) into the normal start/end times . 

One of the coordinators knows that I am new to the game and has been quite patient with my rookie mistakes (Sagittarius) regarding new booking software and accepting about start times  even though she could easily judge me as unprofessional (looking at you, Virgo!), and I hope that in time we (myself and the school) will benefit (Pisces) from my learning curve.

Other ways to see this cross is that a new element (Gemini) in an established order (Virgo) can  manifest a vision (Sagittarius) and reap rewards (Pisces).
