I am currently experiencing the meaning of this symbol. To me this symbol is about the aligning of your emotions and/or values into what you do. For example, I read a lot about psychology and marketing and am very aware of how charities need to get people to donate money without getting anything in return except knowing that they are helping. So charities need to use psychology to get you to donate.
Many months ago I got to chatting with someone who was fundraising for a charity and even though I was aware of being steered toward donating, I ended up donating even though I didn't want to (not my charity of choice). I felt totally manipulated, but understood that manipulation was not the intent of the do-gooding person. After a meditation some time later, I remembered how manipulated I felt and that I actually didn't feel that great about donating to that cause anyway - I didn't feel that much sympathy to the recipients because their cause didn't resonate with me emotionally. After checking my credit card statement in order to pay it off, I realised that the charity had been taking two payments out per month rather than one! I felt a great lesson from this: because I had felt manipulated and that it wasn't the right thing for me, I then later got "ripped off". I actually was better off doing what I felt, which was walking away. If I had walked away, I would have done so in full alignment of my emotions and values. What was extraordinary was that society often reminds us to give and be generous etc, and here I was learning that I should only give if I feel it is right to give! I am a naturally generous person so clearly I needed to learn this lesson in order to balance myself also.
So this symbol to me is about expressing myself physically (doing/saying) that is aligned with my beliefs, or spirit. As I believe we are all on a journey that we have chosen, I can't really donate to charities that are about illnesses, as I believe we create those, or are given them as part of an experience we need to have or learn from (and can change). I am more aligned to give to animal charities as I believe that animals have no voice and get the "worst deal" on the planet. I also give to disaster relief because the money partly helps to relieve the disaster situation but also allows everyone in the situation to still experience and get whatever lessons they need to get out of it.

My daughter has her Uranus on this degree and she is very spiritual. As her path of spiritual progression is Scorpio 20-21 Obeying His Conscience, A Soldier Resists Orders, then I feel that this Aries symbol will help her to achieve it.
